SEC moves to sue Uniswap

Uniswap Labs was served with a notice on Wednesday stating that it would likely be sued by the SEC, according to a blog post from the company.

Details of the coming enforcement action aren't known. The SEC declined to acknowledge the investigation, as a matter of policy.

UNI's price fell 20% in response to the news.

Uniswap has increased its swap fees by approximately 67% to 0.25%, possibly to fund potential legal defenses against an SEC lawsuit.

Multiple Airdrop Distributions

Points will be converted into tokens on April 16.
Listing and trading are scheduled for April 16.
ByBit and OKX have both announced the listing of PRCL.

Omni:

3% of $OMNI's total supply of 100 million tokens is designated for the Airdrop.

Criteria to be Eligible for Airdrop:

Testnet, Galxe, Discord roles - 50%;
Top-10000 EigenLayer restakers - 13.3%;
Beacon Chain stakers - 10%;
The rest of the tokens were distributed among NFT holders (Milady Maker, Redacted Remilio Babies, Pudgy Penguin, Ninja NFTs).
