All of the tickets for the BAYC x NTS Miami Art Week Wrap Party have been taken, hence the queue has opened.

Before diving into this piece, you may want to catch up on some relevant stories, like how the SBF told its staff that there's still hope for FTX or how Genesis hired a restructuring specialist to keep it out of bankruptcy.

Waitlisted tickets will be upgraded to confirmed status in groups when empty seats are made available by ape ticket holders canceling their purchases. Tokenproof is working with us to manage ticket sales for the after-party.

On December 3 at 10 p.m., Bored Ape Yacht Club will have an event in Miami during Art Basel.

Please join us on December 3 for a celebration of Miami Art Week, and we'll be happy to provide refreshments. Time to leave: midnight (or whenever we are kicked out). The apes will always come first, and good luck to everyone else. "Special guests and tickets information enabled by @tokenproof coming shortly!" BAYC tweeted.

As BAYC said, the general admission line will be open to anyone who did not purchase tickets but would still like to join the celebration.

Yesterday, BAYC's creator, Yuga Labs, revealed that the company will be donating more than $150,000 to Music Access Miami, a county-wide program hatched at The Miami Foundation. This donation would be made in collaboration with NTS Radio, a worldwide music platform.

The contribution of $150,000 will go toward increasing Miami's juvenile population's access to music education and training opportunities.

Food purchases from the BAYC-themed Bored and Hungry restaurant will be matched dollar-for-dollar by Yuga Labs during the BAYC x NTS Radio: Miami Art Week Wrap Party.

This is the second of a one million dollar pledge made by Yuga to Miami's arts and education community. It is said that Wylie Aronow, Greg Solano, and Nicole Muniz, CEO of Yuga, all grew up in Miami.

From its inception, the "Bored Ape Yacht Club has had an important connection to music, art, and culture. "Our community gathers and flourishes at the intersection of technology and culture to inspire innovation," said Yuga Labs co-founder Wylie Aronow.
