SEC moves to sue Uniswap 

Uniswap Labs was served with a notice on Wednesday stating that it would likely be sued by the SEC, according to a blog post from the company.

Details of the coming enforcement action aren't known. The SEC declined to acknowledge the investigation, as a matter of policy.

• UNI's price fell 20% in response to the news.

• Uniswap has increased its swap fees by approximately 67% to 0.25%, possibly to fund potential legal defenses against an SEC lawsuit.

Multiple Airdrop Distributions

More details:

• Points will be converted into tokens on April 16.

• Listing and trading are scheduled for April 16.

• ByBit and OKX have both announced the listing of PRCL.

Omni:

3% of $OMNI's total supply of 100 million tokens is designated for the Airdrop.

Criteria to be Eligible for Airdrop:

• Testnet, Galxe, Discord roles - 50%;

• Top-10000 EigenLayer restakers - 13.3%;

• Beacon Chain stakers - 10%;

• The rest of the tokens were distributed among NFT holders (Milady Maker, Redacted Remilio Babies, Pudgy Penguin, Ninja NFTs).
